Comedy show, Tribute to Mama Mia will be featured in the October events of the SCV Bella Vida Senior Center

The Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center in Bella Vida announced its fall event lineup last week, featuring Comedy in the Courtyard and a Mama Mia Here We Go Again tribute concert in October.

Planned in the courtyard of the Santa Clarita Valley Bella Vida Senior Center, the October events are expected to include two exclusive events by reservation.

Friday at 7 p.m., the Seniors Center partners with JR’s Comedy Club to host a Comedy in the Courtyard event at the Bella Vida property.

Seven comedians, including Brian Kiley of The Tonight Show and The Late Show with David Letterman and Steve Mazan, writer for The Ellen DeGeneres Show, are expected to make a standing appearance, according to Bella Vida.

On Saturday, October 16 at 7 p.m., ABBAFab, a tribute to music produced in the 70s and 80s, including hits Waterloo, Fernando, Dancing Queen and more, will perform in the courtyard of the SCV Senior Center.

“This concert is not to be missed as ABBAFab will sing and dance through the hits of one of the most beloved musical groups of all time, ABBA,” a statement from SCV Bella Vida Senior Center read.

Events are open to anyone by reservation and Bella Vida advises attendees to book as early as possible before tickets run out. Reservations can be made here.

Both events are scheduled in the courtyard of the SCV Senior Center at 27180 Golden Valley Road in Santa Clarita.

Events are free for registered seniors.
