STV presenter Fifi Parker doesn’t believe NBS TV’s Douglas Lwanga has the ability to lead the Entertainment Host Association.
As the entertainment industry continues to be split into more and more smaller associations to lobby for government funds, entertainment show hosts have formed their own as well.
The association brings together TV hosts who host entertainment shows on different TV channels to discuss and meet their challenges.
The association would be headed by BBS Terefayina presenter Jonathan Jaxta and NBS TV’s Douglas Lwanga.

While discussing their leadership, STV presenter Fifi Parker expressed her displeasure at having Douglas Lwanga as the leader of the association.
The STV Lunch Time host noted that she did not find Lwanga had enough leadership skills to move their association forward.
The always smiling Fifi stressed that the association needs the right leader with the required leadership skills that Lwanga lacks.
We need a leader but I don’t think Douglas Lwanga is capable of leading the group in the right direction. There is a lack of leadership skills.
Douglas Lwanga has built a highly respected brand as a media personality and has the support of several personalities in media circles. He has yet to react to Fifi Parker’s submission.
